NORTH AMERICAN TEAM

William Lew is Chief Operating Officer and President of North American Production Sharing.   Lew oversees fiscal policies for NAPS.   Bill (William) consults with potential clients to assess the feasibility for establishing business process outsourcing operations with NAPS.   Lew is adept at structuring agreements that are comfortable and flexible for clients.   He is a former middle market commercial lender for Wells Fargo Bank in Oakland, CA.   Lew holds a BA in economics from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY, attended The London School of Economics and earned an MBA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI.
Richard Jaime  is Director of Strategic Planning for North American Production Sharing.  Jaime manages plans for the sustainable growth of North American Production Sharing, in Mexico and abroad.  During his more than 20 years of experience in the maquiladora industry, Jaime has walked a diverse portfolio of companies through all aspects of start-up operations. Jaime is superbly qualified to evaluate whether projects are suitable for Mexico.  Rick holds a BA in management science from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from the University of San Diego.  He is fully bilingual and a prinicpal in the firm, North American Production Sharing, Inc.
Gloria Madrid is the Operations Director for North American's Mexican operations. Madrid has more than 20 years of experience in all levels of maquiladora administration including human resources, U.S. and Mexican customs, Mexican accounting and government interface. Gloria is bilingual and bicultural.
Ines Rodriguez is the Human Resources Manager for North American's Mexican operations. This department advises our clients on training, hiring, safety, and employee relations in each of North American's maquiladora plants in Mexico. The department also handles migratory procedures and labor law issues. Ines supervises a staff of 33 human resource professionals. She has over 18 years human resource management experience in the maquila industry and is bilingual.
Alma Leon is the Import/Export Manager for North American's Mexican operations, which includes four full-time bilingual/bicultural team members. With more than 15 years experience in international shipping and import/export, she consults with clients on import regulations and transportation issues. Her staff coordinates drivers through Mexican Customs, manages Mexican and U.S. customs invoicing, maintains records for equipment and inventory for Customs, and requests SECOFI permits. Alma has a Bachelor's degree from the Technological Institute of Tijuana and is bilingual.
Eduardo Garcia is the MIS Manager for North American's Tijuana office, managing a staff of three systems professionals. He is responsible for networking, systems, and hardware, and has a degree in computer software science. He has 16 years of experience in working in the maquila industry and is bilingual.
Alicia Palma is North American's Controller. Her department prepares all the financial statements and bank reconciliations. This department oversees accounts payable, payroll, and payroll taxes. It also prepares supporting documents for invoices, which enable our U.S. office to prepare client invoices. Alicia is a CPA, working on her MBA. She has 11 years of experience in accounting management with complex maquiladora operations.
Jose Luis Amelco is North American's Environmental/Labor Compliance Manager. His duties include obtaining all permits, licenses or notifications for environmental, safety, health and local city agencies. Amelco also provides information and technical support for every client, as well as obtaining Safety Certification and promoting safety programs and procedures. He has a degree in Industrial Engineering, has worked in the industry for 11 years, and is bilingual.
Karla Batista is Indirect Recruiting Supervisor for North American's Mexico operations. Karla has 12 years of experience in human resources. She works closely with a staff of five full time recruiters. She is a native of Tijuana and is pursuing a degree in International Business.
Maria Marquez is the Administrative Manager for North American's Mexican operations in Juarez, Mexico. Her department provides support to our clients in the areas of hiring, human resources, governmental relations, permits and migratory procedures. She has 25 years of experience in human resources in the maquila industry and is bilingual.
Irlanda Sanchez is the Client Liaison Specialist for North American Production Sharing's Mexico operations. Irlanda has been with the company since 2000. Ms. Sanchez is completely bilingual and has a law degree from the University of Sonora. As Client Liaison, Irlanda is the point person to contact for questions or concerns regarding Mexico operations. Call her with any special requests. Excellent service is her number one priority.
Kaye Emkovik is the Business Development Director for North American. Emkovik is responsible for developing relationships at executive levels with potential clients and prospects from the point of initial presentations to delivery. She has over 17 years of experience in import/export, manufacturing and marketing.
Vivian Olmos joined NAPS in 2005 as Communications Manager. She serves as liaison between NAPS' U.S. and Mexico offices, and visits manufacturing facilities on a regular basis. Vivian is responsible for the "Maquila Watch" newsletter, which keeps our customers informed about trends, laws, policies, and changes affecting the Maquiladora industry in Mexico. Vivian is originally from Mexico and is bilingual and bicultural. She is a graduate of Boston University, with a Master's Degree from San Jose State University. She has over 10 years of experience in the Maquiladora Industry.
Guillermo Jimenez is Senior Customs Manager for North American. He oversees the Customs Compliance and Import/ Export Departments. Jimenez works with a team of 10 experienced specialists meeting the needs of North American's clients. Guillermo has a degree in Foreign Trade and Customs from the Technological Institute of Baja California. He has worked for many years in the areas of customs compliance and logistics, both in the private sector and for Mexican Customs.
