ABOUT US

WE HAVE BEEN LOCATING manufacturing operations in Mexico since 1991. North American is focused solely on the business of providing integrated outsourced administrative solutions for companies in Mexico. We do not hold stakes in ventures known to compete with a foreign company’s success in Mexico, such as Mexican real estate and transportation.

Your direct contacts throughout the assessment and manufacturing setup are William Lew and Richard Jaime - partners & principals - and their able staff of 100 experienced professionals.

NAPS Tijuana staff

Most of the North American Production Sharing staff is bilingual. Our offices in Tijuana handle all of the day-to-day operations for our clients in Mexico.

NAPS accounting staff manages the payroll, taxes and money matters for our maquiladoras.
NAPS human resources staff includes a liaison at each facility besides the HR staff at our main office. HR takes care of the all human resources functions for our clients operations.
NAPS U.S. and Mexican customs experts manage customs compliance and shipping logistics, including transporting of materials between clients’ U.S. and Mexican facilities.
NAPS compliance team maintains your company in good standing.

North American’s offices in Ciudad Juarez consist of an on-site office manager and a human resources coordinator. North American provides similar support to companies in other Mexican cities, as needed.

North American’s San Diego office handles the sales and marketing details in the United States. This office is also responsible for client invoicing, U.S. accounting and documentation. The administration is led by a full-time CPA staff-member, from the United States.
